Online requests stay pending until we confirm them. Estimates are a guide. Extra work is agreed where we can reach you. VAT is charged at the UK rate unless we agree a no-VAT invoice. Payment is due as stated; we may keep the vehicle until paid. MOT tests follow DVSA rules.
