Name, mobile, email, vehicle registration and details, booking and invoice records, and emails or WhatsApp messages about your job. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising networks.
To perform garage work (contract), run the workshop (legitimate interests), send optional service messages (consent, which you can withdraw), and keep tax records (legal obligation).
If you give us a mobile number we may send service WhatsApp messages (booking confirmation, car ready) through Meta’s WhatsApp Business Platform (Cloud API). Meta may process your WhatsApp number, the message content we send, and delivery status, including outside the UK, under Meta’s Cloud API terms and UK data transfer addendum. Email provider (Resend), hosting (Render), database (MongoDB Atlas), official UK vehicle lookup services when you ask us to check a plate, and authorities if the law requires it.
